Nobody

Lesson 15

I see nobody.
I see nothing.
I have no problem.
I never cook.

It is correct to use a single negative in English, for example I see nobody. We don’t use a double negative in English, for example I don’t see nobody.

Examples

Nobody lives on the island. Nothing can help me. I have no friends here. I never visit the other islands.

You can see more examples in the book Robinson Crusoe.
